BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1931 Hickory Valley Road, being on the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road northeast of Mary Dupre Drive. Lot 1, McFarland Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 35, page 179, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 2714, page 578, ROHC. Tax Map No. 148K-B-12.1. from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of right-of-way for 40 feet from centerline; 2. A 6' wooden sight-obscuring fence along the south line of the site with landscaping on outside of fence; 3. Landscaping along front line of property on Hickory Valley Road in accordance with proposed landscape ordinance; and 4. 25' building setback from south line. 5. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
